“I always enjoy the hop on/off bus because it’s a good opportunity to go around the city and get a flavour of all the areas and the interesting things. The info on the website on time schedule was also very accurate and good. Thing I would have liked to know beforehand: the ticket last 24 hours since the first boarding, so no need to rush there at 9 am. All employees very nice and kind.”

“The whole process felt clunky. The bus conductors either wanted to take a picture and give us a new QR code or couldn't scan what we'd been sent. The circuit feels too big, particularly when there's traffic. A suggestion would be to run the buses both ways. it basically ended up with people staying on the buses rather than getting off. We had the tickets for both stadiums and the experience was different at both. Boca we didn't get a tour but at River Plate we did.
